Hobbies include: Filling up my kindle library with novels, then spending the weekend absorbed in fantasy. Showing up 10 minutes early to pilates so I’ll have time to pet my trainer’s dog. Shamelessly flirting with the French grandpa who owns the pastry shop next door, even though he never gives me a discount. Maybe even becoming so engrossed with texting you that I don’t realize I’ve arrived at the restaurant where we’ll meet.
When I walk in, what will you notice first? My petite frame, the way your name sounds on my lips, my all-natural… smile? (Ahem.) You introduce me to your favorite wine. I’ll ask the waiter for their most underrated dish. I’ll lean across the table and whisper a dirty secret with a sparkle in my eye, then innocently sit back like nothing happened. I’m passionate about many things, but distracting you might become my favorite.
You should know that I’m terrible at playing it cool; a thoughtful romantic gesture will melt me into a puddle. I adore spontaneous travel yet find an organized itinerary deeply sexy. I’d rather have a morning gym date than a late night at a club, rather risk the tomato course at Hélène Darroze than the caviar—we already know what that one tastes like. As a skilled former equestrian, I’ll follow you anywhere if it’s on horseback.
